Nicole Robertson is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Detroit office, focusing her practice on senior living litigation. Prior to joining Kitch, Ms. Robertson gained extensive practical experience as an Assistant Prosecutor.

Ms. Robertson received a Bachelor of Science degree from Eastern Michigan University. Additionally, she earned a Juris Doctorate from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. During law school, she served as a mock trial vice chair and was a moot court honor member. Additionally she was named to the Dean’s list, Honor’s Scholarship and received awards as a Gold Medal Finalist- ADR Competition, National Team Competitor, Mock Trial Senior Litigator Award, Trinity Term Invitational Finalist, and Leadership Achievement Award.

Ms. Robertson is licensed to practice in Michigan.
