Terence P. Durkin was appointed to the Executive Committee of the MDTC as Secretary at the MDTC board meeting and Summer Conference in June 2017. Mr. Durkin had previously been the Chair of the Professional Liability and Healthcare Section and sat on the Board of Directors after appointment in 2012.
