Terence Durkin will again present virtually at a session to the 2020-2021 Nursing Home Administrators program at Michigan State University. The session will take place on January 30, 2021, where Mr. Durkin will cover Equal Employment Opportunity Surveys and Charges as well as Occupational Safety & Health Administration Audits.

Mr. Durkin’s practice blends labor and employment law with medical malpractice and general litigation.
