Gregory Drutchas leads the firm’s healthcare business and regulatory, medical staff, and insurance practices. In addition to his expertise in corporate healthcare, medical staff matters and insurance, Mr. Drutchas has considerable experience in a variety of other areas, including medical malpractice defense litigation, employment law, commercial litigation and appellate practice. He has been with the firm for more than 35 years.

Terence Durkin is a principal with the firm. His practice focuses on defense of hospitals and healthcare providers in professional malpractice litigation.

Elise Arsenault is an associate principal in the firm’s Detroit office. She focuses her practice on Healthcare Business and regulatory, medical staff, and general business and corporate matters.

Carina M. Kraatz is an associate principal in the firm’s Detroit office. She focuses her practice on commercial and construction litigation as well as intellectual property and bankruptcy issues.
