Richard Suhrheinrich has been practicing law since 1992. He has been a member of the firm’s Lansing office since 1998–focusing his practice on medical malpractice defense litigation. His experience, however, extends to all types of commercial litigation, including healthcare fraud, medical staff privileging, insurance coverage and premises liability. He has been inducted as a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, as well as being voted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). ABOTA is a prestigious nomination and invitation-only national group of attorneys that are committed to the preservation and promotion of the 7th Amendment that guarantees the right to civil jury trials.
