Attorney Ralph Valitutti will present to the AIG catastrophic Claims group in New York April 11, 2018 on the topic of “Future Damages: Definition and Limitations.” Mr. Valitutti has pioneered the development of strategies that seek to bring more of the truth about future damages before jurors through actual cost of future care.

Mr. Valitutti co-heads the firm’s birth trauma defense practice and serves as national counsel for insurers and major health systems in birth trauma cases in almost every state in the country. In almost four decades as a litigator with the firm, he has served as first chair in more than 70 trials.
