Tim Brady has recently been elected to the Board of Directors of the Mediation Tribunal Association (Wayne County Case Evaluation) as the representative for the Defense Bar. Tim will serve a two-year term, through June 2021. The Board of Directors is made up of a representative from the Plaintiff Bar, the Wayne County Judiciary, and several sitting Judges on the Wayne County Circuit Court and Federal District Court for the Eastern District of MI.

Tim Brady is a Principal in the firm’s Detroit office who focuses his practice on third-party automobile liability defense and No-Fault insurance matters. Mr. Brady also has considerable experience with complex litigation including construction, premises and product liability, professional liability, toxic torts, and commercial litigation.
