Matthew Garrett and Ahndia Mansoori of the Kitch firm’s immigration practice hosted a group of delegates from Iraq for an Immigration and Customs Regulations presentation during their recent visit to the United States through Global Ties Detroit. Global Ties is a Department of State sponsored program partner. Global Ties hosts international delegations made up of emerging civic and business leaders for professional and cultural exchange, promoting citizen diplomacy and raising Detroit’s profile as a global city. Matt and Ahndia led discussions about international trade, investment, and customs regulations in the U.S.

Mr. Garrett is based out of the firm’s Detroit office and focuses his practice on assisting clients on issues involving immigration and customs law with the assistance of Ms. Mansoori. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
