Cannabis products originating from Viridis North, LLC and Viridis Laboratories, LLC, with a test date between August 10, 2021 through November 16, 2021 should immediately be returned to the retailer.

On November 17, 2021, the Marijuana Regulatory Agency (“MRA”) identified “inaccurate and/or unreliable results of products tested by safety compliance facilities Viridis North, LLC and Viridis Laboratories, LLC.” While the MRA investigation is still on-going, the MRA also issued a recall of impacted products which have a test date of August 10, 2021 through November 16, 2021.

Consumers who are in possession of recalled product should return the products to the retailer for proper disposal. Licensees with recalled product have been advised to destroy the product, have the product retested, or return the product to the original licensees for retesting or destroying.
