Margaret Chamberlain, John Hessburg, and Tim Ryan will be presenting at The Health Care Association of Michigan’s 2007 Legal-Regulatory Conference.

Ms. Chamberlain and Mr. Hessburg will present a two-part session discussing the enforcement cycle, past non-compliance and correction plans. They will also offer a separate session on preparing an Informal Deficiency Resolution (IDR) to appeal a deficiency.

Mr. Ryan’s presentation will discuss cooperating with law enforcement and investigations. His presentation will include the steps for conducting internal investigations, including interviewing techniques and protection of evidence.
