UPDATE: Viridis Recall Narrowed

The massive Michigan cannabis recall issued by the Marijuana Regulatory Agency on November 17, 2021 that targeted approximately $230 million in cannabis products has been narrowed. The recall now only includes cannabis products tested at Viridis Laboratories’ lab in Lansing, as the recall impacting Viridis’ lab in Bay City was temporarily struck down by Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray on December 3. Litigation in this matter is ongoing.
