Attorneys John Sier and Carina Kraatz will be presenting at the 2017 Fall Conference of the National Association of Construction Auditors, https://thenaca.org/2017-conference/, to be held in Las Vegas, Nevada, from September 18-20, 2017, on topics including the role of a construction auditor in litigation and intellectual property for construction auditors.

John Sier heads the firm’s commercial litigation practice. With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Sier concentrates his practice on dispute avoidance and resolution of commercial, healthcare and construction contract issues.

Carina M. Kraatz is an associate principal in the firm’s Detroit office. She focuses her practice on commercial and construction litigation as well as intellectual property and bankruptcy issues. She also works with firm’s healthcare business/regulation practice on a variety of business and technical issues.
