Michigan Medical Malpractice Defense attorney Jenna Wright Greenman has been recently accepted into the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), a prestigious nomination and invitation-only national group of attorneys that are committed to the preservation and promotion of the 7th Amendment that guarantees the right to civil jury trials.

About ABOTA Membership

Members must have tried a minimum of 10 civil jury trials to conclusion, possess additional litigation experience, and exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity, and professionalism as outlined by ABOTA. New members are voted in by the National Board, and more than 7,600 lawyers and judges are involved in ABOTA chapters in all 50 states.

Jenna has an exceptional history of client representation in the healthcare community, and involvement in the legal community make her an excellent addition to ABOTA. Specifically, her reputation among both plaintiff and defense counsel as well as the judicial bench, for “high personal character, honorable reputation, and proficiency as a trial lawyer” were cited as factors that contributed to her selection.

As the chair of the Kitch Firm Medical Malpractice Practice group and a lead contact for the Birth Trauma Practice Group for the Detroit Office, she has over 20 years of experience in defending healthcare entities and medical care providers, defending matters of professional liability of physicians and medical professionals, and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict as lead counsel. As an active member of the legal community, Jenna holds multiple leadership roles within various legal organizations. She is a council member for the State Bar of Michigan – Negligence Section.
