During a two-week jury trial in Oakland County Circuit Court, Jenna Wright Greenman and Lindsay Rose successfully defended an OB/GYN provider against claims of failure to timely and appropriately treat a 38-year-old patient resulting in delayed diagnosis of breast cancer. The patient asserted that the delay in diagnosis resulted in lymph node metastasis, radiation, and lymphedema. The jury returned a verdict of no cause for action in favor of the doctor.
