On April 13, 2018, Kitch Chairman/CEO Mark A. Wisniewski will moderate the National Business Institute’s Judicial Forum, “What Judges and Seasoned Litigators Want you to Know.”  The discussion will start at 9:00 am  at the Embassy Suites Hotel Detroit-Southfield, 28100 Franklin Road, Southfield, MI 48034.  The morning judicial panel will consists of the Hon. Denise Langford Morris (Oakland County Circuit Court), the Hon. Carl J. Marlinga (Macomb County Circuit Court), the Hon. Brian R. Sullivan (Wayne County Circuit Court)and the Hon. Joseph Toia (Macomb County Circuit Court).  The afternoon lawyer panel will consist of seasoned lawyers Milton H. Greenman, Margaret Holman Jensen, Edward G. Lennon and Ronald K. Mark Wisniewski is the firm's Chairman/CEO. Additionally, Mr. Wisniewski is also the head of the firm's asbestos liability mass tort defense practices.  Since joining the firm in 1990, Mr. Wisniewski has served as first chair in several multi-million dollar statewide property damage lawsuits, with a particular emphasis on cases involving asbestos.  His experience also extends to medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability defense.
