Mark Wisniewski is the head of the firm's asbestos liability mass tort defense practices.  Since joining the firm in 1990, Mr. Wisniewski has served as first chair in several multi-million dollar statewide property damage lawsuits, with a particular emphasis on cases involving asbestos.  His experience also extends to medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability defense. 

He is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Illinois and the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Michigan.  Mr. Wisniewski has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Trial Practice at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.

Mr. Wisniewski received his J.D. from the University of Detroit School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Law Review.  He also earned an A.B. in Political Science and American History from the University of Michigan.  Mr. Wisniewski also worked as a probation officer in the District of Columbia.
