Robert A. Welch, Jr. is a senior associate with the firm. He focuses his practice on birth trauma and medical malpractice litigation.

Mr. Welch earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics with a Minor in Japanese from Western Michigan University before earning his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he was a Honor's Scholarship Recipient and graduated on the Dean's List.
