Mike Watza lead a class in August at the Michigan State University Institute for Public Utilities on the subject of municipal broadband to regulators from around the world, as well as utility condemnation and wireless collocation.
The IPU was established in 1956 as a unit in MSU’s College of Social Science. The IPU provides regulatory training, education, and networking to professionals in industries that provide services such as electricity, natural gas, water, and telecommunications.
