Ronald Wagner is the Managing Principal and Chairperson of Kitch, and has been with the firm since 1975.  With more than three decades of experience, Mr. Wagner concentrates his practice on medical malpractice defense litigation and product liability litigation.  His experience includes serving as the national lead attorney for Owens Corning in nationwide asbestos litigation. 

Mr. Wagner is licensed to practice law in Michigan, the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.  From 1985 to 1998, he also served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Detroit College of Law. 

Mr. Wagner received his J.D. from the Detroit College of Law.  He holds Bachelor of Art and Master degrees in Mathematics from Western Michigan University.  He also taught secondary mathematics in Kalamazoo and Grosse Pointe for nine years.
