Thomas Sullivan is based in the firm's Toledo office and focuses his practice on medical malpractice defense and trucking litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Ohio and the U.S. District Courts of Southern and Northern Ohio.

Mr. Sullivan received his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law and holds a B.A. in Justice from the University of Alaska Fairbanks. Mr. Sullivan is a member of the OSBA Veterans Committee. 

Before attending law school, Mr. Sullivan served as a law enforcement officer in Alaska for six years. Prior to joining the Kitch firm, he practiced automobile and commercial fire insurance defense litigation in southern Ohio.  Mr. Sullivan is a member of TIDA (Trucking Insurance Defense Association).
