Daniel Shirey is a principal of the firm, and has extensive trial, business, and estate planning experience.  He has been with the firm for more than 20 years, and practices in the areas of estate planning and probate, taxation, medical malpractice, health care law and physician staff and licensing.

Mr. Shirey is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Florida, the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Michigan as well as the U.S. Tax Court.

Mr. Shirey received his Juris Doctor from the University of Illinois College of Law, a B.A. with Honors from Michigan State University and LL.M. in Tax from Wayne State University Law School.
