Harry Sherbrook is a leader of the firm's medical malpractice defense practice. In almost three decades with the Kitch firm, Mr. Sherbrook has devoted his practice exclusively to the defense of physicians and hospitals across the state of Michigan.
Mr. Sherbrook is licensed to practice law in Michigan, as well as the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to his distinguished legal practice, he makes frequent presentations on legal issues to physicians and other healthcare professionals across the state of Michigan.
Mr. Sherbrook was named a Michigan Super Lawyer in 2007-2011. Only five percent of the attorneys in the state are named Super Lawyers.

Mr. Sherbrook received his J.D., cum laude, from the Detroit College of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review. He also earned a B.G.S. with distinction in English, History and Political Science from the University of Michigan.
