Joyce Reynolds joined the firm in 1998 to continue her work in business transactions and contracting.  With nearly 20 years of legal experience, Ms. Reynolds focuses her practice on business and commercial real estate transactions, hospital authority bond transactions and release and settlement agreements in medical malpractice litigation.

Ms. Reynolds is licensed to practice law in Michigan and the U.S. District Court of Eastern Michigan.  She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, Probate and Estate Planning and Real Property Law Sections, and has served as Law Officer of the Detroit Chapter of the United States Power Squadron.  

Ms. Reynolds received her J.D. from the Detroit College of Law.  She also received a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science and a Master of Arts in Art History from Michigan State University.  Prior to attending law school, Ms. Reynolds worked as a social worker for the Michigan Department of Social Services.
