Kimberly Pendrick is a principal and member of the firm’s employment and labor practices. She joined the firm in 1999.
Ms. Pendrick is licensed to practice law in Michigan, Ohio, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan and the U. S. Court of Appeals Sixth Circuit Court. She has been a featured presenter throughout Michigan on a variety of issues, including: drugs and alcohol in the workplace, state and federal personnel laws, and the confidentiality of medical records. Ms. Pendrick has also published articles dealing with employment and labor topics.
Ms. Pendrick received her J.D. from Wayne State University Law School. She also earned a B.G.S. with distinction from the University of Michigan-Dearborn.
