2009/2010

The following senior level Kitch firm attorneys have assumed Section leadership roles for the State Bar of Michigan:

Michael Watza, principal at the Kitch firm, was named chair of the Administrative Law Section. In this role, Mr. Watza will lead the Section's governing council, which creates, coordinates and manages the business affairs of the Administrative Section. He previously served as a council member for both the Michigan State Bar Public Corporation Law Section and Administrative Law Section.

Christina Ginter, principal at the Kitch firm, was named Chair of the State Bar Appellate Practice Section and leads the Appeals Section. In that capacity, she will preside at council meetings and serve as the Section’s spokesperson to the State Bar, the courts, the public and the media.

Adam Kutinsky, principal at the Kitch firm, became a council member for the Michigan State Bar Insurance and Indemnity Section. The mission of the Section is to provide a forum for an exchange of information, views and expertise from all perspectives on both insurance coverage issues and indemnity issues, and to provide information and assistance to other persons or organizations on matters relating to insurance and indemnity.

In addition, Lisa Panah, principal at the Kitch firm, has just completed seven years on the Health Care Law Section Council. Her duties for the Section included service as both the chairperson and secretary of the council.
