Kitch CEO Mark A. Wisniewski will present at the National Business Institute’s Seminar “Evidence: How to Lay a Foundation to Get your Evidence Introduced.” The seminar will be held on February 20, 2019 at The Kensington Hotel in Ann Arbor, MI. Mr. Wisniewski’s remarks will focus on establishing foundations for business records and other documentary evidence and on laying a foundation for expert witness testimony.
Since 2014, Mark Wisniewski has served as the Kitch firm's Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Mr. Wisniewski co-chairs the firm's asbestos liability mass tort defense practices. Since joining the Kitch firm in 1990, Mr. Wisniewski has served as first chair in several multi-million dollar statewide property damage lawsuits, with a particular emphasis on cases involving asbestos. He has been called in by clients to assist local counsel as lead trial counsel in asbestos personal injury cases in multiple jurisdictions across the country. He has lectured to client and attorney groups on asbestos litigation and been the moderator of judicial panels regarding discovery and trial tactics. Mr. Wisniewski’s experience also extends to medical malpractice, products liability and premises liability defense. In 2018, Mr. Wisniewski was named to dbusiness’ Detroit 500-The Most Powerful Business leaders in Metro Detroit. Mr. Wisniewski was named a Michigan Super Lawyer 2008-2018.
