John Sier, Yasir Muhammad
The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) recently presented the Kitch Firm with the award of Service Provider of the Year for our commitment to the industry. Additionally, we are proud to announce that John Sier received the President's Award and Yasir Muhammad received the award for Emerging Professional.
John Sier heads the firm's commercial litigation practice. With more than two decades of experience, Mr. Sier concentrates his practice on dispute avoidance and resolution of commercial, healthcare and construction contract issues. In addition to his distinguished legal practice, Mr. Sier is active in a variety of professional organizations. He serves as Director of Christian Legal Aid of Southeastern Michigan and Emeritus Director of the Catholic Lawyers Society and was a founding member of the Board of Trustees for Detroit Cristo Rey High School (DCRHS) and chairing the DCRHS Corporate Work Study Council.
Yasir Muhammad is a senior associate in the firm’s Detroit office. He focuses his practice on commercial litigation and real estate. He has special expertise in electronic discovery. Mr. Muhammad was named a Rising Star in 2018 by Super Lawyers. Rising Stars are attorneys who are 40 years old or younger or those who have practiced for ten years or less. Only 2.5 percent of Michigan lawyers are named to this list every year.
