Donald Lenderman is a principal and leader of the firm's highly-regarded birth trauma defense practice.  A member of the firm since 1998, he has developed a special expertise in birth trauma defense and obstetrics/gynecology litigation. 

He is admitted to practice law in Michigan, Illinois and the U.S. District Courts of Northern and Central Illinois.  Mr. Lenderman frequently lectures to health care professionals across the country regarding handling and avoiding birth trauma litigation.

He was named a Michigan Super Lawyer in 2006, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. Only five percent of the attorneys in the state are named Super Lawyers.

Mr. Lenderman received his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law.  He also earned a B.A. in Political Science from Northwestern University.
