Joseph La Bella is a member of the firm's Detroit office.  Mr. La Bella has more than two decades of experience in litigation--including commercial, construction, environmental, homeowner and condominium associations, dental malpractice, and insurance agent errors and omissions.  His practice extends to general business matters, such as corporate formation, employment and independent contractor agreements, business or professional practice sales and general business consulting.  He has spoken frequently on the issues of managing communications and privacy issues to medical and dental professionals, provided annual legal update training for security police officers and lectured on effective risk management to medical, dental, security and property management professionals. 

He is licensed to practice law in Michigan, as well as the U.S. District Courts of Eastern and Western Michigan.

Mr. La Bella received his J.D. from the University of Detroit.  He also earned a B.A. from Western Michigan University.
