Ellen Keefe-Garner is a principal who focuses her practice on medical malpractice litigation, including eight years as a medical malpractice defense litigator in Illinois.  A member of the firm since 1994, Ms. Keefe-Garner has experience handling a wide variety of cases, including birth trauma.  She brings additional experience to her practice, from her nearly 10 years of experience working as a Labor & Delivery and Perinatal Nurse and Child Birth Educator.  She is also a member of Sigma Theta Tau, the National Honor Society for Nurses, and maintains an active nursing license.

Ms. Keefe-Garner received her J.D. with high distinction from the John Marshall School of Law, where she was Associate Lead Article Editor of the Law Review.  She also earned a B.S. with highest honors from DePaul University and received a Registered Nurse Diploma from the St. Francis Hospital Schools of Nursing.
