David Henderson is an associate principal with the firm.  He focuses his practice on general tort and medical malpractice litigation.  He received his J.D. from the University of Toledo, where he was named to the Dean’s List.  He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Michigan.

Mr. Henderson is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Ohio as well as the U.S. District Courts of Northern and Southern Ohio.  In addition to his work at the firm, Mr. Henderson volunteers with the Toledo Bar Association Pro Bono Program and is a legal expert on Toledo’s WTOL-TV’s (Channel 11) "Ask the Attorney" program.
